Welcome to Viloh Studio. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Orders & Production
All Viloh Studio garments are made to order. Please allow up to 14 days for production following your purchase. Timeframes may vary depending on current workload and will be communicated at the time of order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these production timelines.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Viloh Studio reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Sizing
Each garment is designed with the following fit in mind:
6 Bust 85cm | Waist 65cm | Hip 91cm
8 Bust 90cm | Waist 70cm | Hip 96cm
10 Bust 95cm | Waist 75cm | Hip 101cm
12 Bust 100cm | Waist 80cm | Hip 106cm
14 Bust 105cm | Waist 85cm | Hip 111cm
16 Bust 110cm | Waist 90cm | Hip 116cm

As each garment is made to order, we are able to accommodate custom sizing requests and adjustments. If you require a modification to fit, please contact us at [email protected] or via Instagram direct messages before placing your order. Please note that custom sizing or adjustments may incur an additional cost, which will be confirmed prior to production.

Care Instructions
Care instructions are attached to every garment via a care label and more specific care details are included in the garment description. Please follow these instructions carefully to maintain the quality and longevity of your piece. Viloh Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or washing.

Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders within Australia. International shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Viloh Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or delays associated with international orders.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of every garment we make. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the fault
  • Photo evidence of the fault

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will be in touch to arrange a replacement or refund.

As all garments are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Size exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] within that window to get started. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received, your replacement piece will be remade, with a production timeframe of approximately 1–3 weeks.

Please note that one-of-one pieces cannot be exchanged for the same design in a different size, as they cannot be fully replicated. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size in a similar design, depending on fabric availability.

Privacy
Any personal information collected during the purchase process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will not be shared with third parties.
